sry to knw u feel this way..i am no professional but wat i cn assure is to no longer dwell on past as its of no use..wenever u start getting this kind of thoughts start doing smthing..it may be anything sitting idle worsens the problem..trust me..i am going through smthing like this..just dont give and dnt torture urself..u said jr brother faced d same thing..so wat u cn do is..confide in him..cz he will undertand..i knw men share very less among themselves thinking that its better they keep it all inside but remember he is going through the same thing..u dnt hv to pretend to be strong n face everything alone..u have him and he has u..does dat sound bad?i hope no..
